I am also a member of the commission, and I also welcome this Bill. It provides for important aspects of the running of the House. I particularly welcome the addition of the PBO, which will provide independent budgetary information to Members, and the Office of Parliamentary Legal Advisers. I welcome the Bill and thank the Minister of State for bringing it to the House. I will support it.
