We now proceed to deal with all Stages of the Irish Film Board (Amendment) Bill 2018 with the time allotted to group spokespersons on Second Stage not to exceed eight minutes, the contribution of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be given no less than five minutes to reply to the debate. Committee and Remaining Stages will be taken immediately thereafter. The Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Deputy Madigan, is very welcome to the House.
