I thank the Chair for the warning. It is possible that I will be the last person to speak. It is disappointing that many countries in eastern Europe and the Middle East are not involved in the African Development Bank. Other sources of funding could be used to broaden the scope of the funds in the bank. Overall, I am supportive of this initiative. Maybe the Minister of State can respond to the couple of queries I have outlined. I am happy to see that we are eventually participating in this fund, almost 50 years after it came into existence.
