I move amendment No. 31:

In page 10, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following:“(5) Subsection (3)and (4)shall not apply where the medical practitioner referred to in subsection (1)is of the reasonable opinion formed in good faith that, if the time period referred to in subsection (3)were to elapse, the pregnancy concerned would exceed 12 weeks of pregnancy.”.
