It would be the same if an early pregnancy was being brought on arising out of a serious risk to the baby. It is usually not a risk to his or her life. It is usually a serious risk so the pregnancy is brought on earlier but they do not make sure the same clinician under whose care the woman has been in the maternity hospital is there.
