I move amendment No. 10:

In page 8, to delete lines 27 to 29 and substitute the following:“(2) Where practicable, both medical practitioners must consult with the pregnant woman in order to ascertain her view of the risk referred to insubsection (1), and take her views into account in forming the opinion referred to in that subsection.”.
