The amendments would have to be circulated by the close of business tomorrow evening because Monday is too late. I have no problem with it but any amendments must be submitted before the close of business tomorrow evening, and ideally today. Senators would need to be told this as I would not want to sit at 2 p.m. or 2.30 p.m. on Monday to find people saying they did not have enough notice.
