-----through the actions of Arabs and Jews, not outsiders. As outsiders, the facilitation of that conversation should be our focus. Have we not learned from what happened in the North of our country? The Bill could negatively impact on the channels of communication and trust between the Minister, the Government and Israel.A number of people today might feel better if this Bill is passed but the conflict is bigger than settlements. This Bill is just skirting around core obstacles that need to be faced internationally. Let us not throw oil on the fire of conflict in the Middle East here today.
