Could I formally move an amendment to the Order of Business,"That No. 14 be taken before No. 1 next Wednesday"?

Everybody is concerned at what is happening in the House of Commons today. It has been worrying. Since yesterday evening everybody has been talking about this issue. I compliment the Minister for Justice and Equality, Deputy Flanagan, who was Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade before the Tánaiste, Deputy Coveney.
