Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (Gender Pay Gap) Information Bill 2017: Report and Final Stages

The amendment proposes to insert a new subsection (7) into section 32A to provide that a company which employs more than 100 staff and which contravenes the provisions of a gender pay gap information scheme shall have its company title published by the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission. That is basically what is at issue here. We do not oppose the amendment.
