I thank Senator Gavan. Before I bring in Senator Clifford-Lee, I would like to welcome some visitors in the Gallery. They are undergraduate students doing a thesis on the gender gap - Ms Sinead Devine, Ms Sophie O'Connor and Ms Emma Tyrrell. We all welcome them to the Gallery and they can see this stuff in action. One of them might even have a connection to one of our Members. We can work out who that might be. I call Senator Clifford-Lee.
