I welcome the Minister of State at the Department of Justice and Equality, Deputy Stanton, to the House. Before we commence, I remind the House that a Senator may speak only once on Report Stage, except the proposer of an amendment who may reply to the discussion on that amendment. Each amendment must be seconded. There is only one amendment to the Bill, tabled by Senators Gavan, Conway-Walsh, Warfield, Mac Lochlainn, Ó Donnghaile and Devine.
