I understand where the Senator is coming from. I have provided the results in order to avoid confusion for stakeholders. Perhaps at a later meeting we might be able to clarify this with officials and go through it in more detail, because I appreciate that it is very technical. I found it very technical when I went through it. However, I believe that the best interests of the stakeholders has been taken into account in all aspects of this Bill. If any Senators require further clarification I would be delighted to set up a meeting with the officials as early as possible to go through it and clarify it.
