It certainly is the case that the Tidy Towns competition brings out the best of Ireland. Those who are involved at all levels, and volunteers especially, deserve great credit. I notice Cloontuskert was mentioned twice and I wonder if there are two Cloontuskerts now in the Roscommon-Galway constituency. Senators Leyden and Hopkins might bring clarity tomorrow as to which one they were referring to.
