I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Stanton, to the House. No. 3, motion regarding statement for information of voters in regard to the Thirty-seventh amendment of the Constitution (Repeal of offence of publication or utterance of blasphemous matter) Bill 2018 will be debated in conjunction with Second Stage of the Bill but will not be moved until Fifth Stage has concluded.
