With respect, a Chathaoirligh, if I may, this is a debate on a substantive piece of legislation and to trivialise and personalise it ill behoves Members of the House. We should have a debate on a substantive issue. If Members have a legitimate concern, as some do, around the composition of the Bill and what it is trying to do, that is fine.
