He only agreed to bring it to Cabinet tomorrow when he was pushed by colleagues on all sides as to when he would do this. However, he was able to clearly state that nothing in the report would have any negative impact on the legislation before us. If that is the case, I ask the Leader at this the 11th hour before the legislation comes back before us to contact the Minister's office and suggest to him that it is the opinion of the majority of this House that the Committee Stage of the Bill should not progress until we have clarification on this report. I repeat that there is an international report on the proposals in this legislation in the Department of Justice and Equality. We know how that Department deals with reports, emails etc. I will say no more on that.
