I would like to remind Senators that a Senator may speak only once at Report Stage, except the proposer of an amendment, who may reply to the discussion on the amendment.

Amendment No. 1 arises out of proceedings in Committee Stage. Amendments Nos. 1 to 10, inclusive, are related. Amendment No. 2 is consequential on amendment No. 1. Amendment No. 6 is a logical alternative to amendment No. 5. Amendments Nos. 7 to 10, inclusive, are consequential on amendment No. 5. Amendments Nos. 1 to 10, inclusive, will be discussed together.
