I propose an amendment to the Order of Business to request that the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and the Environment comes to the House to explain what is going on with the Sparkasse community bank because a report states that the Government has decided not to pursue that model. It affects every town and rural locale in Ireland. I will not take "No" for an answer. I want to know what is going on and why the Government made that decision.
