I thank the Minister of State for his comprehensive opening statement. Eight Senators have indicated and they will contribute in the order they indicated. The first speaker will be Senator Ned O'Sullivan followed by Pádraig Ó Céidigh, Martin Conway, Grace O'Sullivan, Gabrielle McFadden, Joe O'Reilly, Anthony Lawlor and Maria Byrne.
