Before I proceed with the business, on my behalf and on behalf of the Members of Seanad Éireann I offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a parliamentary delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by His Excellency, Dr. Ahmed Al-Issa, the Minister for Education.
