I thank the Commissioner. I know he has a very busy schedule today. Spokespersons from each group have a maximum of five minutes. I will be strict on time. There will be three minutes for other contributions and then I will call on the Leader of the Seanad to have a three minute contribution not later than 12.27 p.m. The Commissioner will have three minutes to respond.
