I wish to make a very serious point of order. We had a very useful debate in the House on Committee Stage and the requirements that the Minister suggested at that time were incorporated in the amendment, so it is rather astonishing that her Fine Gael colleagues voted against it. However, the real point I wish to make is that many of my colleagues on the Fianna Fáil benches quietly agreed with the amendment but phone calls were made to their offices.
