The Minister, Deputy Ross, should exercise his powers as Minister and stop sitting on the fence and commentating as he used to in the Sunday Independentby telling us how everything should be fixed. He can fix this one. He could ask his colleague, the Minister, Deputy Donohoe, to tell the bank the Government is a major shareholder and that it should not sell until proper and adequate information is provided to the finance committee and both Houses.
