What happens for that? A local engineer, a senior executive engineer, a local planner and probably a senior planner goes to look at it. If it is a big issue, a manager may be involved. That is for €62. There is an issue we need to look at. The local authorities need to set their fee appropriately. That is a responsibility the local authorities should be given. If they do not want to do it, do not let them. However, the local authorities should have the opportunity to amend that fee.
