The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re EU (recast) Reception Conditions Directive 2013, back from committee, to be taken at 4.45 p.m. and to conclude no later than 6 p.m., with the time allocated to all Senators not to exceed six minutes and the Minister to be given no less than four minutes to reply; and No. 2, Life Saving Equipment Bill 2017 - Second Stage, to be taken at 6 p.m., with the time allocated to the debate not to exceed two hours.
