The anomaly is going to be dealt with in January, so that is separate. For those people the Senator is talking about, when we introduced total contributions, it was not just for new entrants so there will be a period where people who are currently being adjudicated under the averaging system can move to total contributions. I do not know if the period will be one year or three years as that will be determined during the public consultation. Whatever period it happens to be, whether it is ten years, 20 years or whatever we determine during the public consultation, they can attribute that period to their future payments.
