Before I call Senator Ó Donnghaile, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Gallery of the families of those who died in the horrific tragedy in Loughinisland in 1994. They are here for a screening of a documentary, "No Stone Unturned", later this evening. They are very welcome to the Chamber.
