I move amendment No. 39:

In page 21, between lines 28 and 29, to insert the following:“(3) In any case where the court finds that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a respondent who is not present in court when the order is made, will try to evade service of the order, the court may direct that the order should be served personally by a member of An Garda Síochána with such period as the court may direct.”.
