I move amendment No. 33a:

In page 21, between lines 21 and 22, to insert the following:“(3) Upon request of the applicant, a court may prohibit the respondent from cross-examining the applicant during relevant court proceedings, or in the absence of a request the court may prohibit the respondent from cross-examining the applicant where the respondent has a history of domestic violence.”.

I shall withdraw the amendment.
