I move amendment No. 32:

In page 21, between lines 21 and 22, to insert the following:“(3) A respondent with a history of domestic violence against the applicant shall be prohibited from cross examining the applicant during family court proceedings.”.

I wish to withdraw my amendment because I am very happy with ministerial amendment No. 34. It is an excellent amendment. It addresses the situation and deals with it adequately.
