I move amendment No. 20:

In page 16, line 20, after “justice” to insert the following:“and where necessary out of hours where the applicant and any dependent children are at risk of immediate harm if the order is not made in this way, such an application may be made by telephone or other secure electronic means, subject to the applicant’s undertaking to swear an affidavit or information before the next available ordinary sitting of the court”.
