I would like to follow on from the comments made by Senator Colm Burke in regard to the important issue of minimum unit pricing of alcohol. Many Senators very eloquently on this topic last week. I welcome the court ruling in the United Kingdom with regard to minimum unit pricing of alcohol. Essentially, it paves the way for the implementation of legislation passed in the Scottish Parliament five years ago. It also highlights and reinforces the fact that we need to follow suit as soon as possible.I look forward to the Public Health (Alcohol) Bill 2015 being brought back to the House before Christmas on Report Stage. We need to crack on and have the Bill passed.
