The Order of Business is No. 1, motion re the horse and greyhound racing fund regulations 2017, referral to committee, to be taken on conclusion of the Order of Business without debate; No. 2, statements on the diaspora, to be taken at 4.45 p.m. and to conclude no later than 6.15 p.m., with the contribution of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be given no fewer than five minutes to reply; and No. 3, statements on the report of the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government entitled, The Impact of Short Term Lettings on Ireland's Housing and Rental Market, to be taken at 6.15 p.m. and to conclude no later than 8.15 p.m., with the contribution of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be given no fewer than five minutes to reply.
