I just want to put two points on the record before we finish tonight. I am a very brief speaker. I could give lessons on being succinct. I wish to let the House know that I intend to introduce an amendment to the Bill on the incentive and reward system that is in place for the bigger retail outlets.These reward cards encourage people to buy more alcohol because the more they buy, the more points they get. My amendment would deal with that issue.
