I move amendment No. 26:

In page 18, to delete lines 21 to 37, and in page 19, to delete lines 1 to 12 and substitute the following:“(2) Advertising, indirect advertising and other sales promotion of an alcohol product is prohibited if it is carried out or aimed at the general public in public places.

(3) In this section—

“public place” means a public place within the meaning of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994.”.

I will not press the amendment to a vote; we will resubmit it on Report Stage.
