The order of business is No. 1, statements on Northern Ireland to be taken at 12.45 p.m. and to conclude no later than 2.15 p.m. with the contribution of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes - time can be shared - and all other Senators not to exceed five minutes, the Minister to be given no less than five minutes to reply to the debate; No. 2, motion regarding the eighth report of the Convention on the Constitution to be taken at 2.15 p.m. and to conclude no later than 3 p.m. with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed six minutes - time can be shared, the Minister to be given no less than four minutes to reply to the debate; and No. 3 Private Members' business, Mental Health (Amendment) Bill 2017 - Second Stage to be taken at 4 p.m. with time allocated to this debate not to exceed two hours.
