I thank the Minister of State for coming to the House to address this issue. As my colleague, Senator Black, said, his commitment and dedication to this issue is evident and that is most welcome.

I reaffirm my gratitude and thanks to Deputy James Browne for putting a lot of work into this Bill and bringing it to this Stage. He has done that with the help of Mental Health Reform, especially Kate Mitchell and Shari McDaid. I thank all of the people involved in that regard. I also thank Members of the House for their contributions today. I am pleased that we are all ad idemand that the Bill has received cross-party support from the House. I thank all concerned for that.
