Stepaside Garda station was one of the 95 closed on 31 January 2013 and is the only one that will be re-opened in some shape or form through this interim report that was taken out of context. Other Garda stations such as that in Rush were closed but are not being re-opened. Only one specific station concerned the Minister, Deputy Ross, who is a great stroke politician. We have to admire his ability. There is nothing consistent about him but inconsistency; there is no doubt about that.
