I move amendment No. 8:

In page 8, to delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute the following:“(a) 18,000 hours with a maximum of 60 hours per person per year by 2018, and

(b) 36,000 hours with a maximum of 120 hours per person per year by 2020.”.

I ask colleagues to support this amendment.
