Recognition of Irish Sign Language for the Deaf Community Bill 2016: Committee Stage
10:30 am
Mark Daly (Fianna Fail) | Oireachtas source
The Government was going to allow this House to let a Bill move forward to the Report Stage even though we were going to incorrectly define the legal parameters of the State. Does that sound like an Administration that wants to work with the deaf community in order to ensure that the Bill passes and is capable of working?
