The issue with this Bill is that a lot of the amendments we had tabled have been ruled out of order by the Chair, even though some of them were the same as the Government amendments. The Government decided not to table the amendments, knowing that by it so doing our amendments would be ruled out of order. That was a deeply cynical move.
