I move:

That the Order of the Seanad of 13th April, 2017, relating to the Special Joint Committee on the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution be amended in paragraph (c) - (i) by the substitution of '6 members of Seanad Éireann' for '7 members of Seanad Éireann'; and

(ii) after 'Seanad Éireann' by the insertion of the following:

'and the provisions of Standing Order 81 shall not apply to the Committee'."
