Section 3 is extremely broad.It covers interference with information systems without lawful authority. Section 3(b) refers to "transmitting, damaging, deleting, altering or suppressing, or causing the deterioration of, data on the system" and so on. The provision is already broad. What the Senator has referred to has been covered because the provision is so broad. In any event, I thank her for raising this matter.
