For the record, under Standing Orders we have ten minutes for the Leader to respond. We are just touching 25 minutes now. That is how time evaporates. The first matter is a proposed amendment by Senator Robbie Gallagher. The Senator has proposed an amendment to the Order of Business: "That a debate with the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment on the need to place the North-South interconnector underground be taken today." Is the Senator pressing the amendment?
