I am glad that the Senator has recognised the efforts of Deputy John Paul Phelan on behalf of Kilkenny. It was a great decision by the Minister of State to look after the Deputy. The Senator is right in what she said about counties Laois and Carlow. As she knows, I know the area. There are issues surrounding the border between counties Laois and Carlow, as there are between Cork city and county.
