Before calling Senator Gerard P. Craughwell, I acknowledge the presence in the Visitors Gallery of Deputy Marc MacSharry who was a long-serving Member of this House. I like to see former Members who moved to the Lower House acknowledging this Chamber by paying us a visit occasionally. Deputy Marc MacSharry is most welcome.
