I propose an amendment to the Order of Business: "That No. 3 previously ordered be discharged and that No. 3aon the Supplementary Order Paper be taken at 4.45 p.m. to conclude not later than 5.30 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be given three minutes to reply to the debate."
