The Order of Business is No. 1, Civil Liability (Amendment) Bill 2017 - Order for Second Stage and Second Stage, to be taken at 12.45 p.m. and to conclude not later than 2.45 p.m. if not previously concluded, with the contribution of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes, all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be called upon to reply not later than 2.35 p.m.; No. 2, statements on amendments to councillors' conditions, to be taken at 3 p.m. and adjourned not later than 4.30 p.m. if not previously concluded, with the contribution of all Senators not to exceed five minutes; and No. 3, Derelict and Vacant Sites Bill 2017 - Second Stage, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 2 with time allocated not to exceed two hours.
