Thank you, Minister. There are 68 minutes left and I have 25 names. Not everyone will get to speak, unfortunately. Senators might consider sharing time. The bigger parties will suffer. I will be extremely strict on time. Everyone wants to speak, so if you get two or three minutes I will cut you out when the time is up. Otherwise there would be mayhem. If we had two further hours we could use them, but we do not.
